It's time to become the woman you keep putting off.

Mindset and leadership coaching for women who are done shrinking and ready to show up fully β€” in their work, their relationships, and their own lives.

You know exactly who you used to be. And you can feel who you're becoming. The hard part is living in the middle.

She's not gone β€” the old version of you. But she doesn't quite fit anymore either.

The things that used to drive you feel hollow. The things that light you up feel out of reach. And everyone around you sees someone who has it together while you're quietly wondering when you're going to feel like yourself again.

This is the in-between. And it's not a problem to solve.

It's exactly where the becoming begins.

I'm Steph Darrah.

And I've never been just one thing either.

I've been a lot of things. Interior Designer. Shopify Site Builder. Project Manager. Marketing Leader. The person in the room who could see the big picture and the details at the same time. The one everyone came to when they needed something figured out.

I was good at all of it. And for a long time, being good at it was enough.

Then burnout hit β€” and not the kind where you just need a vacation. The deep kind. The kind that doesn't go away when you sleep. The kind that makes you realize you haven't actually checked in with yourself in years.

I had a career I was proud of, a husband and three kids I'm obsessed with, a full life by every measure β€” and I was running on empty in a way I couldn't explain to anyone around me. Because from the outside, my life looked perfect.

That's the thing about women who are capable of everything. We're really good at looking fine.

What I discovered when everything got stripped back wasn't that I had been doing too much. It was that I had been doing it as a fractured version of myself β€” giving pieces of me to everything and everyone, and never showing up as all of it at once.

The turning point wasn't dramatic. It was quiet. It was in small moments. In the breadcrumbs that had been lining the path all along.

It was taking the time to focus on where I was at, where I felt small, and where I wanted to grow next.

It took time. It took depth. It took honesty.

And if I'm being real? Getting honest with yourself can be terrifying.

But the unlock on the other side β€” that's where the good stuff lives.

When I realized what my next path was, when I honored who I was and what I was here to do, my entire body physically responded with chills. Multiple times. The kind of knowing that doesn't need a second opinion.

That's when I became a coach.

The WHOLE You Method

because you were never meant to leave parts of yourself behind.

Here's what nobody tells you: you can have all the pieces and still feel like nothing quite fits.

You're not broken. You're not missing something. You're actually whole β€” you've just been living in fragments. A little of this version of yourself here, a little of that one there, never quite all of it at once.

The WHOLE You Method isn't about fixing what's wrong. It's about integrating what's always been there. A five-part framework β€” not a ladder to climb, but a map to navigate.

You walk in wherever you are. We figure out the rest together.

  • W β€” Worth: You can have the plan, the vision, the roadmap β€” and still self-sabotage every step of the way if you don't believe you deserve it. Worth isn't fluffy. It's foundational.

  • H β€” Heart: Not your goals. Not your five-year plan. What actually lights you up when nobody's watching? Heart is where we stop outsourcing your desires to everyone else's expectations and start listening to your own.

  • O β€” Own It: Say it out loud. Claim it. Stop shrinking. This is where things get real β€” and where most women feel chills for the first time.

  • L β€” Lead: It's about leading from the part of you that actually knows what she wants β€” and letting that woman call the shots in your relationships, your work, and your own life.

  • E β€” Expand: More impact. More capacity. More creativity. A life and work that actually have room to breathe. Ambition, but make it sustainable.

You don't start at W and end at E. You enter wherever you are. That's the point.
